Balranald Bird Hide
Balranald is the oldest settlement on the Lower Murrumbidgee, with records dating back well before 1850. The former inland port is today famous for its expanding horticulture and is identified as the gateway to world famous Mungo National Park.
The Shire covers an area of 21,418 square kilometres and includes the township of Euston and the localities of Kyalite, Hatfield, Homebush, Clare and Oxley.
